The fourth MADO event held at British Camp, Malvern, had the best attendance of the series to date. A total of 240 people took part and tackled 134 runs. This included 46 Girl Guides on 26 runs who used the event to stage their district challenge. Even without these girls, the event attracted more people and significantly more runs than the first event at Eastnor as groups spread the word and split up to tackle the courses in smaller groupings. All this in spite of low cloud over the hills which made the organisers wonder if anyone would turn up at all! There was also an outstanding turn out of helpers who worked hard before enjoying some lightning fast times round the Light Green course which was on offer for the first time at this event.
